SECONDARY GLAZING

The secondary glazing can be taken down and stored when not needed so can be put up in the winter and taken down in the summer.

Cut out draughts and reduce heat loss through your windows using SALGLAZE secondary glazing. Keeping the warm air in the house will save you money on heating. The SALGLAZE system in which a sheet of special rigid clear plastic is fitted onto the inside window frame in such a way that it can be put up or taken down as the season requires. The system uses a special Velcro tape to attach the secondary glazing to the frame. The system also reduces condensation and outside noise.
SALGLAZE SECONDARY GLAZING comprises of two separate components - a super - clear flexible rigid plastic sheeting and Touch & Close, a simple, quick-removable two part fastening tape made by Velcro. Press one half of the Touch & Close to the edges of the plastic sheet and the other half to the inside metal or wooden window frame. The secondary glazing can be taken off and stored when not needed.
